Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process your request, kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Return Shipping Costs
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care and wellness products cannot be returned once opened or used unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
